This one is my fav from Blue Collar Bachelors series and it's enemies to lovers romance, one of my fav kind of stories.It started with a lot of laughters and sparks of chemistry and since then I fell in love.Two people with different personality and came from different world attracted to each other and each one such a stubborn person, their banter is out the roof, definitely my fav part in this book.Drama, twist, surprises, superb banter, amazing chemistry, plenty hotness and laughters, yes I loveeeee everything about this book.As for characters, I have mix feelings with Vivian at first, because I kinda don't like her in the previous books, but in this book, I really get to know her better and she become one of my fav charaters in this series.And CLinton, he oozes bad boy's vibes, love how he gets under Vivian's skin, he's trying to get under her nose everytime, he loves ticks Vivian off.I love Clinton and Vivian, love how they're trying so hard to deny their attractiveness towards each other, I love the love/hate relationship between these two.If you're looking fun angsty enemies to lovers read, you must rad this one.*I voluntarily received a review copy of this book
If you have read the first two books in the series, Lover Boy or Play Boy, you know who Vivian is and if you haven't read them GO ONE CLICK THEM! Vivian is one of those people that has their whole life meticulously planned out. She thinks she has to be perfect and doesn't want to show any flaws. Vivian is co owner of the Broken Cupcake which is reopening in a new location due to a fire in their previous location.Clinton is a motorcycle driving, foul mouth, tattooed bad boy who is new to town. He opens a barbershop next to the cupcake shop. Clinton purposely tries to get a rise out of Vivian after their first encounter by blasting the music in his shop because he can't stop thinking about her. Can Vivian get over the fact that Clinton doesn't fit her check list in a mate? Will Clinton spill his secrets to keep Vivian? This book has so many twists and turns, I couldn't put it down. This book is a must buy!
This book had me intrigued from the beginning!I was desperate to know the Clintons secret and why he was so attached to looking after his kids. Not to mention his sheer arrogance and the way he reacted every time the very uptight very set in her ways Vivian!Scariest thing for me though was how relatable Vivian was to me! Turning 30 isn't the easiest thing in the world to do, especially not when your life "to-do list" isn't checked off like it should be. I found myself feeling incredibly saddened by what she faced and I completely got her reactions to the sexy new barber in town!Loved this book and all I could think was I wanted to give Vivian a big hug!
I received a complimentary copy of this book and loved it so much that I purchased a copy.This was a fantastic story. There were spots that I laughed out loud and hard. The characters are so believable. The story flows so well that I had a hard time putting the it down to cook dinner (takeout?!) The way Ms. Miller writes it is almost like the characters are talking you at at times, just like you are there in the story. It is fantastic. I just love everything that I have read from her. I HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone.
Clinton is the total opposite to Vivian's well controlled straight and narrow life but maybe its time to shake things up especially as she is almost 30 nothing has panned out as expected and she has found a grey hair down there! There is plenty of lol moments as well as steamy scenes, emotional moments and lets not forget some very surprising twists!! I just love these characters and it is so good to see the other from books one and two make appearances so you feel closer to the characters your reading.
Another great book by Cassie-Ann L Miller! I love books about enemies-to-lovers, and this one is absolutely perfect! Love the opening of the prologue! A hilarious addition to the story. This book was super steamy and had me laughing out loud. I love Clinton and Vivian! Just an overall amazing book with a huge twist in there that I definitely did not see coming! This book is a must buy!! 5 stars
Great read, enjoyed Clinton and Vivian the opposite attract and hate to love was great. Loving the Blue Collar series I like how there is some small passing references from the Dirty Suburbs mixed in. Can't wait for the next book!
*SWOON* Clinton is definitely book boyfriend worthy! This book was Sooo good!! Viv and Clinton were perfectly written. The story had some surprise twists. Excellent! Definitely recommend!
